For those of you who’ve been following me for even a short time you’ve probably realized I rarely do “Inside.” So when it came to photos for this weeks challenge I had to do a little digging for images that fit the theme.

One way or another, loosely or literally, here are my “Inside” shots.

  1. Yes, you’re definitely more of an outdoor person than an inside-guy. Very nice gallery Jeff. There’s often a lot of interesting details in your photos and I like your colour palette.

        1. Well I did have a good cry after reading your comment. In fact I’m tearing up right now just thinking about it. The memories are almost too painful to bear.

          * I’m so glad you’re not right hear in front of me. There’s no way I could have said that with a straight face πŸ˜‰

  2. what a great collection. ‘indoor’ photography isn’t what i normally do either, but you have shared some brilliant takes on the challenge, whether captured inside or outside.

  3. You should get inside more often, Jeff. My, you do know how to rise to a challenge, though! If I missed a post of yours in which the image with the large rusty wheel thingie (that looks a cross between a snow-thrower at the front of a train and a huge grinding wheel for a coal-face) appeared, I’m sorry. What is/was it, please?

    1. Thanks Gary, though I’m not sure I rose to anything. I was able to dig through the archives to find a few that fit.

I’m not sure I’ve shared that photo before. It’s from the old abandoned Redstone Granite Quarry in Conway, NH. I’ve been thinking about doing an entire post on the place, but I need to make a few more visits before I have all the photos I want. It is a really cool place.
