Here’s a few shots from The Spring Runoff presented by @rockhopperraces held in N. Conway, NH this past Saturday. It’s a lot of fun getting to photograph these races. Approach shoes, not just for climbers anymore. Two things occur when I’m getting ready to head out photographing waterfalls, I put a circular polarizing filter on my lens and these shoes on my feet. These are one of my most important pieces of waterfall photography gear, second only to the above mentioned CPL(and a tripod of course). As someone who likes to get up close and personal(and wet) when photographing waterfalls, these TX2 approach shoes from @lasportivana allow me to safely walk on wet and often very slippery river rocks. If you’re looking to step up your waterfall photography game by getting unique perspectives that can only be obtained by getting into the water, check these shoes out. They stick like glue to wet rock, drain well, and are light and comfortable enough to wear on an all day waterfall adventure.
