Day 29. Wow, has it been almost a month already? I’m not wishing I was getting out to more scenic locales nearly as much as I thought I would. Normally I start getting a bit cranky when I go much longer than a week without heading to the mountains or the seacoast. Then again, under normal conditions I almost never photograph in my own yard, let alone try to get out and photograph every day.
Sadly I think the Isolation Project is going to change a bit. It’s not going away, the project will continue. However, with me starting a new job in an entirely new career this coming Monday, I’m not sure I’ll be able to keep up with the daily posts.
“You should do a book.”
I would also like to take this time to mention that it has been suggested that I put the images from this project into a book or a calendar. Which is exactly what I plan to do. This coming weekend I’m going to start the process of curating which images I’ve made over this past month of social distancing and isolation, and put them into some kind of book format. I’m thinking there will be both a hard and soft cover option, as well as possibly and inexpensive ebook option. Stay tuned for more information.
Be safe. Stay healthy.
