Simple Things. See the trees. See the sky. See the morning light. See the morning light, on the trees, against a backdrop of the sky. Let’s see what you’re doing to keep from getting cabin fever during the coronavirus crisis by sharing a link in the comments to your Isolation Project.
The moon and the stars. First and foremost, I am not a night sky photographer by any means. That being said, with the full moon visible from the front yard, and the constellation Orion visible in the back, I figured why not?
Not all photos need to be tack sharp and crystal clear. I hope everyone continues to stay safe and healthy as we weather this storm.
Where you least expect it. This morning, as I have done every morning for the previous 13 mornings, I took a walk out back in search of inspiration. A few things caught my eye, I made a few photographs, but I wasn’t overly enthusiastic about any of them. Returning inside I made myself another cup… Read More

Maybe it’s a lack of vision or imagination on any given… Read More
As my days of isolation blend from one into the next, the search for things that catch my eye continues. This morning it was a bunch of stones on a large granite boulder in the woods behind my yard. Follow along and show me what you’ve come up with by either sharing a link in… Read More
And the rain continues. As I continue with my #IsolationPhotoProject the rain continues, leaving me with yet another wet and soggy day here in my little corner of the Granite State. Again I find myself thankful for the weather resistance of my Fujifilm cameras. Todays image is brought to you by my X-T3 and the… Read More
